Rogue donator weapon questions

Who said gnomes are the most boring

So...

I've noticed rogue donator has the less damage on it:

-> 72dmg for rogues
-> 77dmg for other melee/dps
-> 83dmg for bard/bst (normal for them, they have no double attack)

I've seen most of T8 weapons are on the same dmg (72 or 64 for evolving), wether they are piercing or not, so shouldn't it be equal for donator also? It wouldn't make too much difference on backstabs as the max. is usually the 32k from assassiantion.

For exemple this weapon has better base ratio than donator (but 2 less augment slots I agree).

Also the backstab dmg on donator is +65, and you can see +95 or +75 from some T8 piercing. I don't really know how this works, but it seems a bit low, no?

I see monk have better donators, also have high dmg special attacks and they trade the sneak/hide and some dps (not sure on that because I haven't compared, but it's what it was on EQ usually) for better tanking and FD.

So my questions is, why is it like this?

Is it because nobody likes rogues?
They are not kind?
They live in darkness?
They steal money from mobs?
They die on mobs befor reaching melee range?
Because only gnomes makes rogues, and gnomes are Satanic?

If that means more dmg for my lil rogues pokers, I approve. If it means lowering dmg on monk toys I dont have, oddly enough I also approve!

In all seriousness, the recent focus on smoothing out itemization has been communicated very well and can't wait to see what new stuff is in store.
