Yes while the 4th of July event is active all normal spawns in Lake Rathetear have been disabled.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

This one in Lake Rathetear is disabled as well.... Cant you just make those Aura Quest relevent Mobs spawn Vaion? =(( Dang!
