Cojo gets: (Takes 2 spell effect slots on screen)

Slot 5 30% dmg modifier
Slot 6 Flurry chance (10)
Slot 7 Unknown effect
2. Blessing of the Beast Recourse
Slot 1 Unknown effect
On UF, Pet gets same as before, Cojo's recourse disappears but all other stats stay the same.
