Mob summoning back after evacing and then gating to THF.

Evening,
First off, tyvm for everyone's contribution to this server. It brings back so many fun memories. Well today while killing a few named mobs in sebs, a friend And i m grouped with a bot engaged a name to kill him. Things didnt go so well and pet/tank died. Wiz evaced us to zone where. Was immediately summoned back down to the mob. I was then Able to cast and complete a gate which would land me inside THF. I loaded into the forest and immediately began loading again back to sebs. After loading i noticed my mb friend still trying ti eat me...

Same kind of stuff happened to me in HoH with Bishop, hitting me from his spawn point while I was at zone in...gated to Vale, came back, same thing, camped, came back, same thing I remember I already had this problem with Melkor by my side I think, few months ago and we had few toons dying that way while we were trying to figure out what was going on
