Fordel Gem questions

Does anyone know how long it takes for the Fordel Gem to fully upgrade itself?

Does killing bosses give you more points to the upgrading process?

Does killing snakes in the other Snake instances give points towards upgrading it? IE the ldon Shissar stuff?

Dont get me wrong, I enjoy slaughtering trains of snakes in Shadowhaven, just really wondering if progressing in the ldon shissar stuff upgrades it as well, and if it doesnt then maybe it should? Mindlessly killing in shadowhaven after you have gotten all your guys the automation, and done the slaughter quest(s) starts getting monotonous.

It takes 10 000 kills to max it
I haven't checked if others ROTS quest work on that though.
You have got all the time to test all snakes recipe you may find because it takes time but far from 10 000 kills in hoh.

so im assuming 10 levels at 1000 kills per level. My son is beating me with kills... time to hide his donor in the bank!
