Well after asking around in ooc its due to the dmg part of the augment which doesnt allow classes to equip it in secondary slot unless they can dual wield (paladin in my case).
Not sure if it would be possible to tweak the aug so Classes that can't dual wield are able to equip it in secondary ? just thinking about the 70 AC on it.
Or maybe possible to add a type 4 to it ? which in my case would allow it to be added to epic 2.0?
