yes quest is worth doing if you want to do the raids that are limited time events...
You need 10 tokens per day to do them all everyday till event is over...

Ocean of Tears chocolate is the biggest pain. When you loot em DO NOT STACK THEM and put them in a bag that they wont get eaten in. AKA keep food in top left bag and put them in a different one so none poof on ya.

Halloween Ghoulies quest is bugged for the mini quests in Kith, OOT, Butcherblock, and Gfay. Quest giver will not give the quest to any characters who have done the quest on previous days even if more than 24-48 hours has passed since complete. Told Vaion and Lillu... waiting for a fix.

It's going to take a bit more investigating than I can do at work.

I reset the tasks so that they are repeatable and they should be spawning just fine but I can't confirm what exactly is happening without being in game (which isn't possible at work)

Will probably have to wait until I get a chance in the morning.
