Invulnerable Lower Level Mobs

Mobs in Unrest are not able to be damaged by my auto-attack when using 1.5 Ranger Sword and the club from Trakanon in offhand. This was while de-level'd to 10.

It just spams me with Invulnerable and only the procs from the weapons do any damage.

if you delvl below a weapons required lvl it wont do damage, bots who are lower than lvl required will miss about 98% of the time.
