All good stuff :) One last thing: Gurzan's statues that he pops (the white/black ones) that he glares at don't depop after gurz dies. Makes it impossible to see which one he's looking at ;)

Edit: Seems to be working when you kill him slowly, like normally ;) I knew that his guardians would stick around before if you DPS him really fast, but they always poofed on death. /shrug

Zoned in this morning, ping times went from 200 in other zones to 600+ in hoh, couldn't do a /who in zone and it took some of my characters a good 2 minutes after saying send to the duke to get ported to nadox before it actually ported

When there are 60 in zone it often takes me one or two camp outs to get to the Nadox zone in...

Wonder what changed from the old scripts I know and the new ones to cause this issue.
Didn't use to have these problems in the zone when I actually played in it.

I've noticed two main changes in trash. Armor of the gods - don't always split on death now, and the melee range or get DTd seems to be gone. And the spiders which used to only AE if anyone wasn't at 100% now do a hatelist based AE at % intervals kinda like how the templar guards do.

Mini's - Gurzan doesn't seem to do his looking for something emote properly. He emotes that he is searching, and only rarely get the he finds what he is looking for and does dmg. Most of the time he just does nothing else and can ignore it. Also his statues don't seem to despawn for a really long time.
Enji's emotes make a bit more sense as to how to position him so he doesn't ae.

Gurzan's emotes work properly if you go at him with "normal" DPS (IE: you don't kill him in 3 seconds :P) If dropped super fast, his statues will remain up until he is engaged again and dropped with low DPS.

As for lag, I notice a small spike whenever an npcdeath is supposed to trigger mini, but mini is already up. I imagine if this is true (I may be seeing things...), it could be exacerbated in cases of a large raid where people kill 25 at a time. Also, csarths shards remain up after csarth death (still) and really dont seem to effect him at all.

And yup, lag is still horrendous once 40-60 players are in zone :( I don't envy the task of tracking down the correct issue(s) and resolving them.

Not sure if this helps pinpoint it, but last night Nil and I were farming some points/aug pieces and were experiencing pretty bad lag. However, when he aggroed Duke Cruthz, almost every one of my chars de-synced, and a few of his did as well. Not sure about the others in the zone at the time.
