I'm sorry, I wasn't clear in what I was saying what the issue is. Vaion chose to release the quests one at time rather than all at once. Therefore, the classes who get their quest released later will have lower chance to get their world drops.
To illustrate my point, let's assume the chance for an npc to drop global loot is 10% and each quest has exactly 14 items. For the cleric, before any other quests were released, that would have meant you'd get the items you wanted every 140 kills. If nothing changed by the time the 16th quest is released, the poor class who happens to be last will not only have to have waited all that time to start their quest, but they'd also need to kill 2240 npcs to get the same result as the cleric.
This would also be reflected in the economy, as the prices would inflate.
No matter which way you look at it, it's an unfair scenario. So the drop rates need to be adjusted as more quests are launched. I just wanted confirmation that this was planned, because the effect was already felt with the warrior epic (not to mention, the warrior needed multiple copies of global loot for the potion)
