Donor Augmentations

For those of us who have made our choices on donor items and find we have a missing focus or two it would be great if there were donor augmentations available with donor foci. For example, a leaf of the forest with an immortal quickening on it etc. These augmentations (focused leafs? top branch leafs? ) could become available with a donation of say $65.

It's a neat idea, but I have to admit I'm a little surprised. I believe every donor focus effect can be had on a full-blown item for $65-75. Not a bad idea, but I reckon an item of the same $ value is better in, quite literally, every way.

That's taking the $65 suggestion at face value, though. So a neat idea - I'd just pick a lower $ value.

Yeah, I think every focus is available on donor gear...but that my not be how a person wants to gear themselves out for whatever reason. The OP's suggestion adds flexibility where it did not exist much before. Choice and options are always good.

I agree $65 is steep. Make each focus augment lore, cost $40 (same as leaf) and reduce the stats somewhat to compensate for the focus. Then donating players can decide if they just want stats (non-lore leaf) or if they wish to get a focus they need (lore augment, slightly less AC and stats).

Lore seems a bit pointless as said person could just get a different focus to avoid the lore tag.
Unless you mean lore so you can only get 1 extra focus?

It's not to stop using more than one augment, just that there wouldn't be much point in getting more of each type so may as well make it lore to add the distinction. It wouldn't be required to make them lore.
