Bot Question

I made a Cleric bot to follow my Berserker and find it kind of annoying that they run in and start meleeing mobs. Is there any way to make them stay a few yards behind you?

Do you use #bot attack ? If so, it's not surprising. My cleric bot never went into melee as far as I remember.

Cleric bots don't but melee automatically engage.

Greek, the command:

#bot group guard

Should make any bot remain in place until told to:

#bot group follow
#bot group attack

Etc

All I did was invite them to group. Then when I hit my default melee attack on my Zerker the Cleric comes running in to melee as well.

Are you using the commands I listed above on hot keys? They should give you full control of the bot.

This was pre10 so maybe it'll stop now. Ydiss I'll try those commands. Will the Cleric still heal if I command them to group guard?

yeah, #bot guard will just make him stay at the very place you have told him to guard.
If the cleric attacking mobs is pre level 10, no wonder why I don't remember
