It appears this quest text is not working correctly.
Hailing him gets "So it seems Lady Luclin was able to break though the happened that keep us locked within these halls"
Saying "happened" does noting.
If you use "barrier" it will continue with the quest text, however, the next line is also incorrect.
"as you can see mortal, we face an enemy unlike anything we have ever seen. We of the Akhevan do not seek aid from lesser beings like yourself unless we have no other choice. The army of Darkness is beyond our control now and have taken taken of the entire citadel. What you see before you are but the few survivors who made it out."
Again saying "taken" does nothing.
Guessed at a few words that could be it but have not been successful yet.
