Respawn in Veeshans Peak?

I may just suck using the search-feature, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the respawn works in Veeshans Peak.

I killed everything about 28 hours ago now, and today I've cleared again, however, Phara Dar has not respawned now.

Is Phara on another timer? 48 hours perhaps? Or is it 24 +-8?

It's 24 +- something, thought 4 max. It's definitely not 48+

Just checked my log, still half an hour to go on the 28 hours -- maybe it'll show up.
