Well it was going better.

Zone just despawned and myself and based on the shouts I saw everyone else in zone started lagging.

52 total toons in zone now. Toons are now flashing in and out on all 11 clients.


Ran two toons to Jerith to get a number and he won't respond to either of them.

Not fixed unless you are not supposed to use Elyse to get into NK. Tried it just to see - all toons hit anywhere between 1k and 12k ping. Halloween spawns were not even up at the time so could not get the # from the guard.

Was in there earlier as well and the mob warping was still taking place - I have gotten 15ac in the 3 days trying to play in the zone while we were able to get close to 20ac on the apple in a couple of hours when the pulls weren't warping.

Tried bringing them in one at a time, 2 disconnected on connect screen, 2 are in but 3k+ ping.

Another thing I noticed.. Right as the lag started.. Boogie Man popped shortly after the yard trash despawned.

I had not seen Boogie Man at all yet this year until that happened.

Pushed another change this morning. I lowered the value that the clients are able to "see" so that they stop trying to update NPC/Player movement from halfway across the zone. Noticed this when looking through my data streams this morning with a player killing in the far far distance.

Seems to be working much better. I still got some synch issues when first zoning in but once in, no warp during pulls and no other lag to mention when people zoned in or out.

Max we had in the zone while I was there was 41 and seemed very stable.

Started to get some mob warping on pulls again - not as bad as before but definitely there when it wasn't yesterday.

20 in zone

Guard # = 183
