Old Sticky Toes Candy Ingredients

I'm currently doing the quest and I have noticed something :

2 merchants are selling the same ingredients, one is Chandra Kali in Rathe Mountains and I don't know who is the second one

I just saw a message telling me that I had already purchased those ingredients when buying from Chandra.

Was already fixed, however it takes a reboot of the server to push live. Since the Halloween events end tomorrow, we did not want to push another reboot for a small fix like this. Next year though, it will be correct

When you combine all the ingredients, you have the "Sticky Toes Full Candy Bag" and the empty one. Is it possible to remove the empty one plz ?

Fixed as well that requires reboot
