Server code changes.
We implemented an important fix from the main eqemu code branch to fix the so called Zone Dropping Issue along with some minor changes to improve player experience. Players should experience a lot less crashes or hangs while zoning.

As always, please give us feedback about the changes. Try to test zoning with as much boxed character as possible.

Quest.
o The Raid Aura quest NPCs will now offer more helpful messages along the way. If you are unsure of what step you are on, simply speak with Elzari the Scholar within the Hidden Vale for a helpful clue.
o Failure respawn time was updated from 20 minutes to 3 minutes in DSK1 and DSK2, matching the failure respawn times in Halls of Honor.

Items.
o Magic Ornament augs are now all usable in types 1 and 8 slots.
