XP patch files up to date?

On my XP machine I cannot see the crystals on last DSK3 fight. All the VT bosses are humans, and donor pets are humans as well. This is not the case on my Windows 7 machine.

I just did a fresh install on UF on my XP machine, and copied the missing UF files from my working copy on my Windows 7 machine. I patched using the XP patch files, and I still have humans models.

Any ideas?

Try deleting your globalload.txt from the resources subfolder and re-extracting it from the zip file. I checked the one that's posted and it has the donor pets for sure, can't say for certain the DSK3 crystals and vt bosses though.
