Do pet focus Augs stack?

Trying to find out if the chaotic (45%) and ancient (55%) LDON augments stack in power? Or does it just take the highest focus.

Focus effects will take the highest one into consideration.

So how would it then work if you have a focus effect as well the possibility to cast it as well ?

The spell buff Summoner's Boon does stack with pet focus effect. My donor pets go from lvl 86 to lvl 87 with the buff present when I summon.

Worn focus effects don't stack. As was mentioned the buff + an item with focus effect do stack.

Think of it like this... You have multiple layers of bonuses:

Layer A: Spell buffs
Layer B: Worn buffs
Layer C: Focus Effects
Layer D: AA effects (innate)
Layer E: Worn2 buffs

Each respective layer stacks with one another but two buff in the same layer "typically" do not stack together.

So with pet bonuses: two focus effects will not stack, but a focus effect and a spell buff will.

Guess you need to add song buffs and Aura's as more layers right ?

Songs are utilized in the same layer as normal buffs. Auras (EQLive wise) would be a new layer but here on THF our player auras are just a normal buff that is refreshed automatically every 10 mins
