Eqclient.ini resetting to default

Sometimes when I log on my guys, or after a /camp desktop and logging back in, my eqclient.ini has been reset - luclin models are on, sound is on and spelleffects + all filters are back to "default". Anyone know whats causing this?

Not entirely sure, but once mine eqclient.ini is set up I set it to "Read Only"

Are you running multiple characters from one folder? Sometimes if the last one that logs out saves to the client and it has default settings. What I usually do is get the eqclient.ini set up the way I want it on one character. Log out so it saves, then make the file read only in windows.

Thanks I am going to try setting it to read only. And yes, I play 17 toons on that file but I dont see why it would change after I have set the file up or even edited everyone ingame and then camped them out.
