Aura of the Guardian issue since yesterday's update

I keep getting the message "Unknown spell effect 858 in spell Aura of the Guardian (id 9651)" on all of my toons since yesterday's spell update.

I ran the patcher on all clients so I believe I have the most up-to-date files.
