[Fixed] Stuck inside world after zoning into PoK with new character

Class of character:Beastlord
Is in a group: (Yes/No) NO
Is in a raid: (Yes/No) NO
Has a Bot spawned: (Yes/No) NO
Zone: PoK
Nature of Bug: Exited Sharval after spawning new character there (not expected, known bug) to went to nearest PoK tome. Clicked tome and after loading PoK was inside the world unable to move. No way to get myself out without using stuck character tool (haven't tried this yet though).

Was trying to get to the custom hub zone characters normally start in.

The start zone bug should be fixed. Will look into the shar vhal POK tome issue.

FYI, started a new character (warrior/barb) and started in South Qeynos. Will add this to the appropriate issue as well.

Fixed zone in point from Shadeweaver Thicket to POK to no longer be under world.
