[FIXED] Tomb of Entombment Rk II Double dotting.

Nature of Bug: Tomb of Entombment Rk II is double dotting. I get a chat message - Your Death's Entombment Rk. II strikes your opponent again! it also seems to be draining more HPs. On live I can basically out regen the dot standing. On test, it routinely drops her health low and I have to cast a heal on her from my cleric.

Any 2rd party programs used: MQ2, WINEQ2, issue happens with them not enabled as well

Has this been implemented yet?

Still seeing higher than normal damage from Rk 1 and Rk 3 as well. Wizards getting highest damage from spell so might be thinking that the damage is Direct Damage and using the AA / Focus.
