Proc every hit?

Anyone else experiencing this? Proc's are landing on every hit.

What weapon are you using? It surely didn't happen to me.

I was using a warstaff of the ykesha on my cleric and my bot was using... umm I cant remember the exact name of it... 1sh with a ratio like 45/30? My cleric only has 3 aa and low 1hb skill also. I was thinking maybe due to having 390 dex but it still seemed wrong. A friend I was talking to mentioned he was having the same problem.

On a side note.. did the server crash?

ok since the servers down and the cats out of the bag about the processes before i got time to post heres my thought , after the server came back up processes are extremly processing alot more than normal i wouldn't say every hit but a heck of alot more than they were thats for sure, im using war 1.5 & BoC along with shammies highest panther i forget the name but its mucho processing .. maybe a slight decrease should be made but leave it a little higher than before i was thinking not enough before this.

kk its better now but just little to low now if you could raise it a lil solo i proc like 2-3 times per fight in valor i think thats a little low could be just me

Yeah i'm definitely noticing less procs. I'm having dps pull aggro from me now and I have aggro procs on both of my weaps :\

give me a suggestion how to multiply the actual proc rate and will fix it.

I seem to be proccing inbetween half and three times less than I did before the updates atm..if that helps.
