[Fixed] Unable to log in - Zone create issue?

[Niixnec]

Name of character: Niix, Watterson, Axlynea, multiple others
Class of character: Nec, Mage, Cle, War, etc.
Is in a group: No
Is in a raid: No
Has a Bot spawned: No
Zone: Guild Hall, Stonebrunt Mountains and Shadowed Grove
Nature of Bug:
Get to the character select screen and attempt to Enter World. Screen is locked for approximately 1 minute or so then the Enter World button is active again.

Tested with new character as well and received same issue.

Attempted on multiple computers, same issue.
Ran updater and no updates needed.
Receive message that Guild Hall is loading, try again in 10-15 seconds. For other zones received that zone is unavailable.

Time I started trying to log in was 10:30pm ET until 11:45 ET

Client type: SoD and RoF2
Any 3rd party programs used: None
Bug reproducible on live server: No, I could log into live with several of the same clients / accounts.

Rebooted test server, please let us know if you would still experience the issue.

It's fixed now. Had an issue with loading base zone data. 359 != 59 lol
