Epic 1.5 Turn-in

I do not think this is actually a bug in the quest, but while I was turning in the eyes for "The Reckless" portion of the Epic 1.5 quest, there must have been a network spike or something. I turned them all in, but it did not give me credit for any of the 4 eyes I turned in. Fangor tried to give them back to me, but it was only able to give me one of them, but not the other 3. It said "You already have a lore Eye of the Vampire (3137) in your inventory." It did this for the 'Eye of the Terrorantula (3180)' and 'Eye of the Ghost (3098)' as well. It was able to give me the 'Eye of the Spectre' back, so i went ahead and turned it in. My character's name is 'Founders', and I got the other pair of eyes on my other character 'Boulevard'.

Anything you guys can do, or will I need to kill them again?
