o Posts now have a limited deleting time of 5 minutes.
o Posts now have a limited editing time of 10 minutes.
o There's now 60 days limit to bump a topic (was 10 days).
o Number of seconds users must wait between searches changed to 5 seconds.
o Number of seconds guests must wait between searches changed to 10 seconds.
