GM Noren implemented more fixes, just pushed them live. Please test when you able.

two double named pops, all named have popped three times. Still no crash. Starting to be optimistic.

well that's a bug in itself then. Mini named can't spawn more than once every few hours in each session if I remember correctly my little chat with Vaion a year ago when I was there.

Well I should have said all three minis have spawned several times in the past day. :D

As you note, once a mini has spawned we don't tend to see it again for several hours.

Hi,
I'm kinda using that post to ask about something. That will not solve the bug problems of CY that occurs since merge but it is related to it in a way.
VT has been out for a bit more than a year now and some of us have cleaned it in depths for a while too. People who did it asked for a change being made to the CY but at that time we got answered a "no it's meant to be that way" I would like you to reconsider your answer please :
Would it be possible, for people who have killed Talriem"s twins, to get a sort of flag, or a key, that allows the raid to actually skip CY ? Or simply make the last key to get to Talriem open every door ?
It's long, painful and totally useless when you are coming to VT just to farm class items or rare drops (which quickly comes since normal loot tables are shared among all bosses). If people wants to farm pattern of stuff like that, they can still hunt there, but forcing people who are only in VT for specific things is tough. Worst case if when you come to VT only to get Talriem rare drops and you end up being forced to do it. Personally it is a big part of me pausing the game. I was more or less alone in my guild hunting there and to be forced to do that + moving to last boss and kill it was taking so long, just to get a 5% rare loot.
So thank you to reconsider it please and sorry for hijacking your post Rafe, but you will thank me in the future if it's getting changed.

JK...seems like a good idea to me. I suppose of the augs you can craft/get parts for were a tad more uber it wouldn't be so bad. As it is, most are downgrades from HoH. A couple of the weapon augs are ok, rest are to be made and forgotten.

So its mostly a big effort with the only reward being getting in through the door. I remember on live folks had permanent coth characters sprinkled throughout VT. Turning it into a timed instance eradicates that possibility.

With all the courtyard problems (that are being resolved) I'm not a CY fan to be sure. Only thing I can say for it is...I have gotten better at rezzing the entire raid and the raid exp in the zone is better than most.

Sure eats corpses though, lost a rogue corpse last night...does slow things down to have have to run characters back in etc.

well people are already farming the CY to get keys, then the 1st and 2nd part of VT to get keys again. I don't see much point in forcing them to hunt CY again afterwards.
