It doesn't look like they are dropping hearts. I killed about 5 minis today and saw no hearts.

I also Killed some minis in hoh today and did not see hearts.

This fixed didn't seem to go live. Mini's are still not dropping hearts :(

/sigh found the issue within the code that handles the new flask of luck worn2 stuff. Will be fixed in next reboot (not the one today).
