Flask stack?

As the title implies: if multiple characters in a group/raid have a Flask of Luck, is the % increase cumulative?

It does not. The code looks for the highest value amongst group and raid members. It then applies that value to the loot distribution.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
