Right after that I am going to work on my my toon's pets in Wall of Slaughter.

I am using an SK for my tank, is it more beneficial to run the Feran with 7% to riposte/parry/dodge or the murkglider with the 7% melee avoidance and 45% spell reflect and 15% to all resists?

Either WoS pet is good. I've seen a lot of recommendations for the murkglider though because you can get enough of the other mitigation mods on armor, the murkglider benefits are pretty unique.

If it helps, I swapped from the feran to the murkglider on my SK tank after a while....

Murkglider buff lets you sometimes avoid AEs like creeping doom, its the only way to get that type of buff.
