HoH Raid Zone Ins

When trying to enter any of the raid instances in HoH, characters get stuck in a zone loop. Only to stay in HoH, never making it to the areas with the bosses after todays update 12/20.

Portal inside the temple of marr is broken still. It tries to zone you, which it just instant moved you before.

I just tried starting the Chaos event and the portal inside the instance told me "This event has not reset yet. Please wait a little longer before trying to start the event."

I've never seen that inside the instance before. Usually if the event is down, it won't let you zone in from HoH.

This is unrelated to the recent instance issue so if anything is up there it must be something new. Anyone else got this problem? Is it still an issue?
