Wasn't all content up until VT just about more stats? ;)

I kind of wish they kept the idea of having upgrade quests/flagging for the donor items, would have added some cool content for supporters to explore. Overall though, nothing really changes... the donor gear was already better than the T9 armor, so what does it matter that it got some new worn2s? It just makes the toys a little more cool for those who support and don't get into T9.

Stats on those VT class rares are better than most other gear in those slots, but all the same, frees up that slot if something nicer falls into your lap.

Well donor armor was superior To t9 but some vt items were better than donor items because they add unique new worn2 even if stats were less good. If donor items could get different worn2 than vt, both would still be good. If they are tué same then there is no match again. I Also liked the quest upgrade thing.

My take on adding the v2s to donors is that adding them to donors for now makes the vt gear a little les necssary/unique, but when a new tier comes we could see more new unique things there.

Not wanting to jump into anything, but, I remember reading that the donor gear would always be the best on the server. I've never questioned this, nor had reason to doubt it. If it had said, on-par with the best, so be it. But, if the devs said that, and finally made it so, then I am even more honored by their continued investment of time and energy into not only making some amazing content, but also living up to their own high standards of integrity.

High stats, low stats, I still find new and creative ways to die, and this is good.
