Fragmented Soul overestimates by one the number of ranks left to gain in VT AA ability. When you have only one left to go, for example, he tells you that your have two more to go.

in this example you have 7/30 and you can earn a maximum of 8/30 in VT

This same thing happened to my warrior. Now i have one filling my power source

Same here. I have a warrior and rogue with surplus AA tokens. Glad other people noticed. I thought I was going nuts.

I rock that final AA token in my power source slot as a sign to others that im uber and maxed in T9 AAs

I put mine in my power source slot too! Now it needs to give me some stats there instead of just looken purdy!
