Sir Forndel

Ive cleared Befallen several times, lost track after 10, and still have yet to see the mysterious Sir Forndel. The alla clone says he is to be spawned by an event and the only event I have found is with the skeletal forman on the first floor who gives a quest in either north freeport or qeynos. If someone could look into this and let me know its working as intended I will continue my adventuring in Befallen.

P.S- I have heard from several others that this was not a difficult part and they simply waltzed in and killed him. Perhaps they are mis-remembering or forgot completely?

Thanks for reporting it Strumm. Sir Forndel was hiding in shadows but now he's back and available again!
