Forumla For Ranger Bow Damage?

I'm wondering what the formula for bow damage is in the server for rangers?

The reason I ask is, I'm getting the same max crit (5190) with or without any attack buffs what so ever with Trueshot Disc going. This is a difference of 400+ attack, clearly I should get a higher max hit from that much attack. I'll parse and show when I get a spare second.

ATK is the consistency of high damage per hit, not the increase of the cap damage. That is weapon dmg. Str + dex (for crits) factor in there but the only way to increase your maximum critical is by gaining an item with higher DMG. (I think, I could def be wrong here).

Ie. You should see more high damage hits with high atk... as compared to 1 every 100 hitting for cap damage, you should see your cap damage far more often.

At least this is how I think it works... please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

or a freakish 4 max crits(per mob if the spell is the same as live) with hail of arrows. but thats a different story all together..
