Bugged charm event in Riwwi?

Has anyone else gotten past the 9th stage of the charm event in Riwwi lately? 3 Ra'Tuk Champions spawn. 2 of them move into the arena and engage, while the third Champion sits in the hallway and will not engage. Since the third guy won't die, you can't get to the 10th stage and you will fail the event. Am I doing something wrong?

I haven't done it in a while (think it was maybe january ish?) but it worked fine in terms of them running out. Don't have anyone that can trigger it I don't think.

I would go check, but I'm not sure which charm this is for. I've never done anything in this zone, so I'm sure I could build up to it quickly, and check it out.

Is this the Charm of the Queen? Or another Charm?

Also, is there a step between the last forest-given quest and this one?

It's the last upgrade (at least for now) of the queen charm. You talk to an npc in natimbi, and he sends you to riwii.

Well, I'm having problems getting this quest on my main.

If I've done everything correctly you're seeing my screenshot that shows that I have completed the quest for the exceptional charm, and have it on my person. The rest of my group got the quest, but Figgle is ignoring me.

Ideas?

Now, I don't use the charm any longer, but, I'd still like to know why I can't complete it.

Ok, I managed to get the quest on Enrikk by zoning a few times. Not sure why that fixed it. But, exactly the same thing happened to me; getting to the 9th stage, and then only two of the three Ra'tuk Champions comes into the arena to engage.

No way to continue with the event that I can see.
