Harm Touch AAs (Touch of the Wicked)

Hello all; new here but having a blast on the server.

Just had a question about the SK AA "Touch of The Wicked", which is worded as reducing the cooldown of Harm Touch by 12 minutes each rank. Since the base cooldown on this server is 20 minutes, what is the real effect of this AA or is it broken?

Also are there any adjustments to the other Harm Touch related AAs that one should know about?

I apologize if this information is captured somewhere I should know about. I tried a forum search with no luck.

Quick Anser: Yes

Harm Touch itself was broken last time I checked and always has been. This is mitigated by having the "Improved Harm Touch" AA being available for free. Touch of the Wicked uses the existing Harm Touch Timer so, yes it does work and it does work on Improved Harm Touch. I have Touch of the Wicked maxed and Improved Harm Touch can be reused for me for every 9 min and 48 seconds.

Thanks for the response. It seems like this may have changed, as now there is a "Harm Touch" AA that is free in general now, and IHT is elsewhere and not free.

Is Leech Touch on a different timer than HT/IHT and is it also effected by ToTW's cooldown reduction?

Leech touch is on a different timer it is always affected by that I believe I feel like when I do have to use it that it is back up 10 minutes or so later

Leech touch and Harm Touch are two different things, Leech touch also heals you. Improved Harm Touch is much better than the original and unavailable Harm Touch.
