Radiant Crystal Crash

Whenever I try to add my radiant crystals to my Alt Currency the game crashes. Is there a way around adding the crystals to my total so I can spend them at the vendors?

It's a known client bug, unfortunately nothing we can fix server side.

As a workaround use the Reclaim button in inventory to put them back in crystal stash.

I am having this issue aswell. When i use the reclaim button in my inventory it crashes me. I have had help from falcon, he emailed me the dirx dll to put into my eq folder, it didnt work. It is a fresh install of the UF client.

Hello all and well met. As Lillu had stated..

There is a simple way to avoid this issue. I'll start with; "IGNORE" all additional [Tabs] in the inventory window - other than 'Inventory' tab.
For Correct Stats information use '/say #mystats ' as the information in the Stats Tab is typically incorrect anyways. Evolution, Shrouds and Alt Currency tabs are not used anyway and as discovered in this post can cause crashing. This issue is Client related and has nothing to do with any '.dll ' files.

I wanted to post a followup to my prior 'Informational' post. I am currently working on a "Permanent Bugfix" for this Crash-Issue and I will update this post as soon as all proper measures have been taken before providing any End-Result.

sorry nim i completely misread your original post. I assumed that when you said inventory you meant press "I", but as soon as i hit reclaim on the first screen it worked and i didn't crash. Thanks for the screenshot to clear up my confusion. Sorry for not reading that closer.
