Spells won't work, have tried everything

I haven't played on this server in a long time. I even have a new computer since I last played. I broke out my old installation of THF on an old hard drive, and tried to run it. Ran into this issue. So, I scoured the internet searching for solutions, and found out you guys have a new installer. So I downloaded it, and tried it. Same problems. So, after about an hour of trying to figure it out, I decided to completely delete every single trace of EverQuest on my computer(official uninstalling, not just deleting). Even my P99 installation. Then, I broke out my copy of Titanium, did a fresh install, deleted the THF installer, downloaded it again, ran it, did all the necessary steps, and opened EQ. SAME, FUCKING, PROBLEM!!! At this point, I am at a complete loss and am on the verge of either destroying my house, or murdering a few hundred people. What is this shit? Never in my years of playing on this server have I ever had this much trouble getting it to work. All of the graphics are fine. Everything shows up as it's supposed to. The only problem I have is casting spells and getting buffs from Sune. That is usually a spells_us.txt issue, but this time, I guess it isn't. What the hell could it be when I've practically wiped EQ clean off my computer and completely reinstalled everything?

I started having problems a few days ago. My pet will ungroup itself as well as my bot in shadowed Grove. Sune buffs won't show on me, and buff won't land on bot-do to the ungrouped thing. When I zone out everything goes back to normal-my pet window reappears and bot shows grouped again.
I too have run patcher several times to no avail.

When I tried to get on here, I had to download an Underfoot client.

Well, that Underfoot client didn't work, because eqgame.exe had 0 bytes.

So, I downloaded another underfoot client. That one wouldn't work because of, I believe it was, some missing .dll's or something of the sort.

Yet again, I sourced another Underfoot client download. And I downloaded an RoF2 client.

The RoF2 client worked on other servers, but it's not compatible with THF. I was one sad, sad panda.

I then proceeded to pick one single Underfoot client and started going through every file individually, drawing files from all three Underfoot downloads, the RoF2 download, and I even dug up my old Titanium discs. I ran the THF patcher, and voila, merci mon dieu, it worked.

I don't know how big of a zip file I can send you through Discord, but I'm going to zip my functional, quilted and currently patched to THF client and see if that helps you out any. My discord link is: https://discord.gg/q47sZPt

If I can't get it to upload through Discord, please point out somewhere else that will host the zip for download and I'll toss it up there for ya.

FYI, it says I have about 15 hours on the compression as it moves from my fast new F drive to my 2008 original C drive (idk, some kind of a mobo port error keeps me from making the new drive the main boot drive, so the old one boots and the new one runs everything).

PM me or whatever if I don't respond on here again, I am quite forgetful at times.

Thanks. If you wanna upload it go ahead, but honestly I've lost interest already. I mainly play on Project 1999. I only enjoy THF because of the custom content, but I don't take it very seriously. Once I realize no actual server staff were gunna answer with a possible solution, I decided it wasn't worth my time.
