Just my opinion here on this first part.
Kill credits are almost correct to where you can finish mission/task at once. Eternal Golems are at 24/35 so a second trip is required. All other trash mobs are low amounts like kill 6 or 8.

Zombie Attack Event(Warden Lithuza) did not give credit for completing the event. I have the loot from the event just not the credit. Yes Lillu I know to petition this but, I am going to do the task again after the lock out clears to see if I get credit or if there is actually a problem with the mission/zone. I did have a death with the mob at 9% and just went into a holding pattern until I got that toon rezzed so that might of played a factor. If no credit after second run I will petition.

Sacrificial Maidens (High Warden Vlizarth) is awarding radiant crystals AND godly points.

Magical Chest at 133.42, -266.09, -222.62 - when opened it I received a message "You now have a 15 minute lockout until you can request this mission again." It also would not let me loot the chest, came back after killing event 3 and looted a chest with with coins.

Wiki has been updated for this task it was actually fun. I am not sure if I have event 1 and 3 written up correctly but that was how I did each of them.

Last thing..

A dusty pile of bones. Can anyone validate if his quest is active? I searched the zone and could not find the bones needed to turn into him. I did find them on the clone though.

Gave it another try this morning.
Completed Zombie Attack event and got a loot chest but no task credit.

Yeah i was never able to find anything for the bones either.

Did you get kill credit on the Zombie event? I still can't figure out what I am doing wrong. If I was failing the event I wouldn't get the loot chest, right?

Yeah. It's been a while since my runs but at the time I got credit. I know Lillu changed it to a chest for the plans because at some point he stopped dropping loot and his corpse poofes. Other than that idk.

The zombie event still doesn't give kill credit. Chest spawns so I did get the quest item and I turned in the items to get my progression flag and can go to task 3. The comments on the bones quest, I was able to finish it as the skeletons on the floor in the north area (I think that's where they were) drop the 4 pieces to finish the dusty skeleton's quest. Think the reward was 30 radiant crystals.

Couple notes for yall:

1) Eternal Golems required - Reduced down to 20 to make sure you can finish it in 1 go.
2) Zombie Event - Should be working properly (from what I can see in the DB/quest files). I updated a few things so it should be fine. The task is set to update when you Kill Warden Lithuza and I just submitted a fix for a random death bug for NPCs, so that may help also.
3) High Warden Vlizarth is suppose to award both Radiant Crystals and HoH points (if you are HoH flagged)
4) Checked the Magical Chests issue, couldn't reproduce it. But it may be related to the whole NPC death bug I fixed.
5) Dusty Skeleton Bones quest is completely active and functional.
