In Paineel, where you zone in to Alternate progression. (or when facing the gates look in the tunnel and to the left, there is a door) Go up the stairs through the 2nd set of doors and immediately to your right, there is a Robed-Erudite NPC named: Utinus the Sage (Enchanter Trainer and Scribe) Hail him, one of his cues is [scribe]. Click his [scribe] cue, or target him and /say scribe for new spell(s).
