I've played on and off here for many many years... was thinking of coming back but noticed there weren't all that many people playing...

Is it worth starting up a group again orrrr?

There are still quite a few active players these days. Our guild, Sanctuary, has several active members daily.
Still worth it if you ask me.

Is there still actively new content? Or once it's done it's done? Iirc I was working on VT keys... at least when I logged one in I had a bunch of lucid shards - so I'm assuming I was working towards that

VT is the latest content still. Vaion to my knowledge is still on an extended afk, but I heard the last boss fight was almost ready to rollout when he gets back, as well as I think i heard some 3.0 quests were near completion. But if you're just breaking into VT, that's months and month's worth of farming to be done depending on how many toons you have!

Like Vyrial said if you are just getting into VT then there is plenty to do. There are several guilds that seem to have a few folks on with people doing content from T2 or so on up to T9. Sanctuary usually has 4 or 5 folks on at various times of the day doing several tiers of content and we do some T8 bosses and T9 stuff when I log on my army.

Yea every time we restart though we just start a new group of toons

Leveling up again.. should be back to that spot in a few months I'd imagine!
