The Polar Bear Prince has not been spawned in Everfrost at the portal.

He supposed to spawn inside the instance you trigger with pristine ornaments. Are you saying he's not spawning there?

I have done the instance twice and have not seen him both times.

Anyone else experiencing this? I ran the instance myself and he spawned and confirmed spawn data is active in the database.

Confirmed he is spawning in all 4 versions on the instance. Need more detail to help debug this one for ya.

I have gotten a lot tells saying they cant find him / not spawning. I'll inform them to do a /taget polar to see if maybe under the world?

Please make sure they are actually in the instance. You have to hand the pristine ornaments to the portal to enter the raid instance where the king is at.
