Well I may be a curmudgeon but even I'd not suggest a server reset on flags!

But maybe there could be a flag for completion of the QUEST for each new tier and those flags could become achievements? If they are achievements that count in character advancement that would be an additional motive for people, even those flagged to enter a tier, to do the quests.

Also, to calm nerves, I certainly would not be for seeing any rapid radical changes. I'd say make VT now more in line with other zones: only Luclin drops them and she drops them 25-50% of the time. Then maybe slowly drop the percentage rate of drops over a year or two.

Well all the ideas made me generate another idea to make tokens scarce...as they should be.

How about having an NPC in Forest/Vale who would take a token and turn it into a chance for a rare drop from the mob that dropped it. Basically a second drop. So you'd have a chance at Xeru's rare drops (with same probabilities) if you turn in a token. I suppose a ghost could spawn after the boss dies that would do the exchange....whatever appeals to the Devs.

I know I'd trade in all my VT tokens for chances... heck plat doesn't do much these days. This way if you get a token you really really would have to want to save it in order to keep it.

Would be a cool option tho. have a npc that takes your gear and flaggs and says have a nice day!.

Yeah, I like that Belv, except donors, strips all augs, weapons armor flags. Like a Reset button.

Not to derail this thread but I keep thinking of a quest that would do something like character "reset" for some legendary reward.Anything like leveling an item or player power up buy re-doing all the progression and/or gearing work.

Well it is sorta off topic but an interesting line to think of.

IF it ever comes to pass, I suggest the quest is in Feerrott and the Death Whisperer comes over and sacrifices you down, and finally, as the last thing is stripped away you die and become and newbie in the Forest again.

Well maybe the Death Whisperer doesn't kill you but you are such a wimp at this point that a low level ogre comes over and snuffs you out.
