To summarise the content:
There are five bosses, four mini and one final boss.
The mini bosses drop a potion 100% of the time (short duration, stacks with everything buff).
They have a 50% chance to drop their main loot table, which contains a number of items that are T7 quality (ie DSK). This includes slot 8 augments and equipment.
The final boss will drop an augment 100% of the time (can drop any of the augments dropped by the mini bosses). He has a 50% chance of dropping his main loot table, which contains a long list of items. This is mostly equipment but also a 1% chance for a very nice augment.
Trash has a 7% chance to drop an augment (but not the chest or leg variants of the slot 8). Trash also drops a nice amount of plat and gems (slightly more than ascent).
There are other drops relating to quests.
The zone is split into four types of npc, Conquest, Dominion, Blight and Discord. These types relate as and drop augments for tanks, melee, caster and Discord is slot 16/17 (all).
It's a group instance so should be quite short (for a T7 group it should take about an hour, my T6 group completed it in 1.5 hours, so it's possible to complete early, it just takes longer). This is the same as any group instance (I'd say from my experience that it's one of the longer group instances if you complete it at the intended level).
It's designed to be run several times in order to fully benefit from everything on offer and there's no time limit for this, you can freely run it back to back. But I think the issue is mostly that there aren't a great deal of T7 guilds about right now. It's going to be a great zone for up-coming guilds when they're doing dsk, though.
We may tweak the drop rates if feedback suggests it's required. But my testing felt pretty good, compared to other group only content.
In other news, I'm preparing to begin developing the next chapter of the Farseer story this week; this definitely won't be T7 content
