Cleric Bot Buffing

Up until recently I'm sure cleric bots would cast 'HP type one' buffs (courage, centre, daring, bravery, valour etc.) on pets and group members without Sune buffs, but at the moment they only cast Symbol and AC buffs. Am I mis-remembering? or did something change?
Pinero (Find me mostly as some low level character pottering about in Seb or CoM.. )

Nothing was changed regarding this for a very long time.
