Werewolf Hide Mask (122756) Disappears

Hello all, On character: [ Allak ] I turned in Item: Werewolf Hide Mask (122756) [Worn Illusion] to 'Trizy the Exchange Master' for Item: Werewolf Hide Mask (122738) [Clickable Illusion]. Upon receiving the exchanged item I observed it had a clickable illusion. I equipped then clicked it and while it successfully transformed me into a 'Old Graphic Werewolf' it was consumed on click (as if expendable). The second issue here is that this quest is not repeatable.

The click version seems it had zero charges so I've just changed that to infinite.

From what I can see, you have item 122738 in your inventory which definitely isn't the click version. It's the worn2 version.

When you say the quest isn't repeatable, which quest do you mean exactly?

'Where' There's a Wolf, There's a way' is the quest

Once completed NPC just thanks you for helping... I'll recheck inventory but even after initial relog of Allak there was no mask in his inventory

Confirmed no mask in Character: Allak inventory.

Checked NPC again, Upon Hail;

" Sylvia Fuzziheel Whispers 'You already have aided me, Allak.' "

Sorry for any confusion with the item ID's, i used a quick search of the Webtools to get the Item ID numbers... I may have transposed the 2 different Click/Worn ID's

The confusion was mostly with the character name, I was looking at your signature character

Can you leave Allak logged in please? I'll try to pop on later and reimburse the item.

Tried summoning the item just now but it looks like a reboot is needed, not just a hotfix.

You should have the item on your mouse pointer but don't use the click until after the reboot

Thanks. Character [ Putrefactio ] had the same issue. If there is an issue just a reset of his quest flag is fine by me as well.
