Spirit of Eagle

Does Spirit of Eagle not work?
My ranger can cast it but nothing happens.
I don't get it.

I just tested and it worked for me. Levitate + See invisible + % movement rate increase. If you're already at a higher speed from some other movement increase effect then the extra speed won't apply.

It does none of those things when I cast it. No movement no Levi no see invis. It doesn't even show up as a buff in the buff window

Is this spell blocked for you in any way by chance? Is your spell file up to date? Anyone else experience this issue?

It is the only spell on any of my characters that I have an issue with. I am pretty sure all my files are up to date.

I figured out what the issue was. It had to do with a conflicting spell from donor bp.
