Class question

I have said this in jest once but I am actually curious now if this could be supported.
Straight to the point is the easiest way to ask.

Can we turn on Frog Monks and Wood Elf Beastlords or are we limited by ROF2?

What I mean by limited is it looks like ROF2 has a build date of 5/10/13 but those class combos were not available until some expansion on 3/11/14 during Call of the Forsaken.

We'll enable these new race/class combinations soon but they will be excluded from the donator race change service. Not particularly in protection of the gnomes but rather to "enforce" some fun leveling.
